A lot of Indian youth are currently uneducated for various reasons, may it be lack of interest in academics or economical pressure or personal reasons. Brighter future has been incorporating and developing skills within the Indian Youth since 2015 with the help of trained faculty and actively
participating volunteers experienced in the particular fields in our Shanti Nivas Vocational Training Centre.
The vocational trainings help youth to get trained in several skills including plumbing, tailoring, beauty culture and many more. These trainings will help the youth to gain skills which will make them self-reliant in their near future in this competitive world. In addition to the unemployed and non-academic youth, we also provide skill trainings to HIV Youth which helps them to sustain a respectable livelihood in the society. The trainings are not just theoretical in nature but also help increase the practical skills of the students over a period of 12 months. We at Brighter Future provide our students with all the essentials required for a proper practical training free of cost. We bear the cost of the facilities provided by our trained faculty and maintenance of the
infrastructure for the same. The students and faculty are also involved in improving the standard of living in leprosy colonies by doing plumbing works, electrical works and other such works in the colonies for free. Our trainings are certified and those who complete their training obtain
certificates which help them secure jobs in various places. With the help of our vocational trainings we aim to make our students self-reliant in the future so that they can take care of themselves as well as their families.
