Brighter Future works with women of different backgrounds in the community and also plays a very important role in their empowerment. We make sure that women here are trained in various aspects that make them come out of their inhibitions. So Brighter Future is running a training institution for women named Lily Nath Training Institute which provides training in Tailoring and stitching of various apparel, Making of Sanitary pads production, etc.
Tailoring & Stitching training
Lily Nath Training Institute providing tailoring & stitching course to the women in the community for free of cost. The time period of the course is months. during this course women learns different apparels cutting, stitching and designing under the guidance of experienced teacher. apart from stitching its also offers different apparel designing work like Hand Embroidery work, Fabric painting work, Arya work (indian style of hand stitching work) etc.
The course criteria of stitching and designing
- Each batch contains 35 to 45 students
- We conduct classes two times per day (morning and evening)
- We provide all training material to the students.
- After completion of the course, we issue certificate and Training Material to the student
- We take only INR 300 for the registration for 6 months of course.
- Till date students got trained and passed out from Lily Nath Training institute under Tailoring and Stitching training.
Project impact:
- The Institute has made a real impact on the lives of women in the local community. For example, women have completed the training, bought equipment using a loan from the income generation Program and are now set up in business. They generate enough income to both support their family and pay back the loan installments.
- Brighter Future providing petty loans to women who have completed their training, allowing them to set up businesses which provide them with ongoing financial stability.
- The institute has now established itself as a production unit.
- Finished children’s garments are used by Brighter Future Children homes.
- Some women who have successfully completed the training are now employed as trainers.
Sanitary Pads making
Lily Nath Training Institute also providing training on the making of Sanitary pads to the women. This course was newly introduced in Lily Nath Training Institute. The main motto of the introducing this course into the training institute is that to supply the sanitary pads to all the Brighter Future girls as well as women staff, Leprosy colonies, HIV women, Tribal and Women in below poverty line.
Only the women those who are in Self help groups in the communities will purchase as they are in Income Generation programs and they are earning. For the young girls of BFDT, HIV women, Leprosy women & Tribal Women we would request support to the supporters for 100 packets to 50 women two packs per women in a month. BFDT planning to supply pads to at least 1000 women in the communities.

- how to UV sterilize t
- how to Gum
- how to pack the sanitary pads.
- how to operate the machines,
After training we will offer job to the women to work in the production of Sanitary pads.
