80G Certificate

Brighter Future Development Trust is registered under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act. Donations made to BFDT are eligible for tax exemption as per applicable Indian tax laws, encouraging individuals and organizations to support our mission with confidence.

12A Registration

BFDT is registered under Section 12A of the Income Tax Act, recognizing it as a charitable organization. This registration enables us to operate as a non-profit entity and ensures compliance with statutory financial and governance requirements.

FCRA Registration

Brighter Future Development Trust is registered under FCRA, enabling us to legally receive foreign contributions for our social and humanitarian programs. This ensures transparency, accountability, and compliance in the utilization of international funds.
